An act of the National Assembly to establish the imperial stamps and seals and to which proclamations made by the emperor require such to be promulgated.

1. The imperial seal shall consist of the letter K stamped onto a wax seal
2. The imperial stamp shall consist of a fleur de lis stamped in teal ink
3. All annexations, territorial incorporations, and constitutional documents require the imperial seal be affixed onto them
4. All diplomatic acts require the imperial seal be affixed onto them
