An act of the National Assembly to establish necessary qualifications for medical doctors.

1. Ministry of Public Health
   1. The Ministry of Public Health shall establish standards and qualifications to certify medical doctors
   2. Upon passing the requirements for a license, a medical doctor shall become a member of the Ministry of Public Health
   3. The Ministry of Public Health shall periodically review and update requirements to practice medicine within the Dominion
