An act of the National Assembly to prohibit unfair service practices.

1. Recurring service contracts must be registered with the Ministry of Finance per Debts
2. All recurring services are cancelable at anytime
3. Early termination fees are hereby prohibited
4. Equipment charges are not collectable as well as the non-return of such equipment.
   1. Service providers may issue credits for the return of equipment, but not charge in anyway for such devices.
