An act of the National Assembly to restrict corporate personhood and to define legal responsibility.

1. No corporation shall be considered a person under the law
2. The CEO and board of directors shall be responsible for all illegal activities of a corporation
   1. When a board or individual board members can demonstrate they were unaware of illegal activity of a corporation, such legal responsibility shall fall upon the CEO
   2. In all questions of responsibility for illegal acts, the CEO shall be held ultimately responsible if no others can be identified
3. A valid defense to this section is if an employee acted outside of their responsibilities and thus committed an illegal act
   1. If an employee acted upon orders of a superior, that superior shall be held accountable in lieu of the employee
