An act of the National Assembly to restrict the possession and use of firearms.

1. To own a firearm you must possess a firearms license
   1. Firearms licenses are granted only to persons 20 years of age or older
   2. Each firearm requires a separate license
2. Firearms may not be carried in public places
   1. Transportation of firearms to private property is legal provided the ammunition is stored separately from the firearm
3. Firearms may not be discharged in public
