1. By extension of Constitutional Title VII, Article 8: All publications of the Government of Keithieopia shall be freely accessible to the public
2. All publications shall be licensed under a permissive license, so that they may be freely shared and disseminated
3. The Government of Keithieopia shall use open-source software; it is the right of the people to inspect software that runs their government
