Prohibition on Warfare

An act of the National Assembly to promote peace within the Dominion and to denounce warmongering

1. The Dominion shall not accept any foreign declaration of war
2. The Dominion shall ignore any hostile or belligerent parties
3. The Dominion shall not declare war against another nation
4. The Dominion shall report any illegal behavior to the appropriate macronational authorities
5. The Dominion shall join the Union Against Micronational War
