Unions

An act of the National Assembly granting rights to unions.

1. Employers may not restrict the formation of unions or penalize union members in any way
2. Employers may not post or show any type of material that portrays unions in a negative light
3. Mandatory union membership is prohibited. Mandatory dues and/or fees for non-union members are also prohibited
4. Unions are prohibited from forcing employers to hire only union members
5. An employer may not fire a union member who is striking as part of an official union action
   1. Employers may hire temporary workers to fill positions from a strike
   2. Temporary workers are prohibited from regular employment for a period of 6 months after a strike ended
