====== Prohibition on Smoking ======
An act of the National Assembly to prohibit noxious fumes from smokers


===== Provisions =====

  - This act applies to all cigarettes, cigars, cigarillo, pipes, or any other device for smoking that is lit and/or emits smoke.
  - This act does not apply to:
    - e-cigarettes
    - vapes
    - other devices which emit only water vapor
  - Devices covered under this act may not be smoked in public buildings or spaces, regardless of being indoor or outdoor
    - Businesses that sell devices under this act may allow smoking within their building
    - This act does not apply to private property
  - Devices under this act must be disposed of in an appropriate trash receptacle; buds may not be thrown on the ground
