===== Provisions =====

  - Non-profits and charities do not pay [[kcn:2022-08|sales or real property taxes]]
  - Non-profits must be registered with the Ministry of Finance 
  - To maintain non-profit status, an organization must
    - Donate more than one half of gross income to charitable causes
      - may not claim a "donation" to a parent, sister, or related organization 
    - Have no more than one fourth of gross income go to salary and administrative costs
    - Be non-political and non-partisan in nature
