====== Imperial Seals ======
An act of the National Assembly to establish the imperial stamps and seals and to which proclamations made 
 by the emperor require such to be promulgated.


===== Provisions =====

  - The imperial seal shall consist of the letter K stamped onto a wax seal
  - The imperial stamp shall consist of a fleur de lis stamped in teal ink 
  - All annexations, territorial incorporations, and constitutional documents require the imperial seal be affixed onto them
  - All diplomatic acts require the imperial seal be affixed onto them
