====== Quorum & Vacancies ======
An act of the National Assembly to establish what constitutes a quorum and vacancies thereof.  


===== Provisions =====

  - The National Assembly shall not conduct business without a quorum
  - A quorum consists of more than one half of all members of the National Assembly
  - Members do not have to be physically present to establish a quorum
    - Virtual attendance is allowable
    - Proxy voting is allowable
  - Should a member be absent for two meetings without excuse, their position shall become vacant
    - The Premier shall appoint a replacement until the represented shire can conduct an election
