===== Provisions =====
  - All television sets as well sound systems are required to have volume limiters installed
    - Volume limiters are to be set to filter volume above 90 decibels
    - Exclusions: 
      - Screens whose diagonal length is 100 inches or more
      - Commercial establishments or equipment used in such
  - Computer, television, and handheld devices such as phones are required to have the ability to toggle blue light filters
