====== Contraceptives ======
An act of the National Assembly to promote sexual health, stop the transmission of sexually transmitted deseases, and reduce burden on the medical system. 

===== Provisions =====
  - The Ministry of Public Health shall offer at no cost to residents:
    - Male and female condoms 
    - Birth control and other hormonal contraceptives
    - Post-Exposure Prophylactics (PEP)
    - Pregnancy tests 
   - Future contraceptives:
     - Male drug-based contraceptives shall be offered if a viable drug is discovered
