====== Recurring Service Charges ======
An act of the National Assembly to prohibit unfair service practices. 

===== Provisions =====
  - Recurring service contracts must be registered with the Ministry of Finance per [[kcn:2022-37|Debts]]
  - All recurring services are cancelable at anytime
  - Early termination fees are hereby prohibited
  - Equipment charges are not collectable as well as the non-return of such equipment. 
    - Service providers may issue credits for the return of equipment, but not charge in anyway for such devices.
