An act of the National Assembly to restrict the possession and use of firearms. 

===== Provisions =====
  - To own a firearm you must possess a firearms license
    - Firearms licenses are granted only to persons 20 years of age or older
    - Each firearm requires a separate license
  - Firearms may not be carried in public places
    - Transportation of firearms to private property is legal provided the ammunition is stored separately from the firearm
  - Firearms may not be discharged in public
