An act of the National Assembly granting rights to unions. 

===== Provisions =====
  - Employers may not restrict the formation of unions or penalize union members in any way
  - Employers may not post or show any type of material that portrays unions in a negative light
  - Mandatory union membership is prohibited. Mandatory dues and/or fees for non-union members are also prohibited
  - Unions are prohibited from forcing employers to hire only union members
  - An employer may not fire a union member who is striking as part of an official union action
    - Employers may hire temporary workers to fill positions from a strike
    - Temporary workers are prohibited from regular employment for a period of 6 months after a strike ended
