An act of the National Assembly for the adoption of a taxation scheme. 

===== Provisions =====
  - All items sold in Keithieopia shall have a sales tax of 5%
  - Krubles leaving the nation shall face a 1.5 exchange rate taxation on top of the current exchange rate
  - [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_property|Real property]] shall be taxed yearly at 5%
  - Should a rental property be vacant for more than a year, taxes on the property shall increase to 1.5 times
  - Should a rental property be vacant for more than five years, taxes on the property shall increase to 2 times.
  - Money inherited above two times the yearly minimum wage shall be taxed at 50%
    - All real property, when inherited, shall have its valuation included in this calculation
    - Real property owned by a family for more than 60 years shall be excluded from this calculation
