An act of the National Assembly to restrict hunting via license. 

===== Provisions =====
  - A valid hunting license is required to hunt in the Dominion
  - A valid [[kcn:2022-26|firearms license]] is required if hunting with firearms
  - The following small game is always available for hunting without a license:
    - Squirrels
    - Hares / Rabbits
    - Ground hogs
    - Moles
